About Rahma Mezher Rahma Mezher (Arabic: رهما مزهر‎;also known as (Rahma riyad ahmed) born January 19, 1987 in Iraq), is an Iraqi singer who rose to popularity after participating in Super Star 2, the pan-Arabic version of Pop Idol. Rahma was eliminated from the begining of the competition . However, this did not affect her ambitions of becoming a successful artist, as she continued on with her singing and took part in a Dubai TV channel called, "Najm El Khaleej"; in which she came 2nd and she participated in Star Academy 7. and got in 2nd again with a popularity that reached all of the arab world.
