Tamer Hosny (Arabic: تامر حسني‎; born in Cairo, on August 16, 1977) is an Egyptian singer, actor, lyricist, and composer. He was initially featured on Free Mix mixtapes from Free Music, an Egyptian music production company. His breakthrough single "Habibi Wenta B'eed" ("Sweetheart, When You're Far Away") gave him success.
